The Small Print

If a product is found to be defective, Coconut Collection will replace the product where applicable. Refunds, in lieu of replacements, will be handled at our discretion. Please note that colour and clarity and aroma may vary by product. This is completely normal and does not deem that the item is defective.

We do not refund shipping charges once an order has shipped. We also do not pay to have packages returned to us unless it was a mis-shipment. Customers may return unopened packages to be refunded to us at their own expense within 30 days of purchase.

Once you have been given your shipping information, it is your responsibility to track.  Any items left at your address under Authority to Leave deems that the item has been delivered sucessfully.  No responsibility will be taken if left in heat for items that may melt.

All products are formulated based on my own research and are used at the buyers risk.  Check with your GP before use and always do a small test patch before using to check for sensitivities.
